Maria overalls, helmet cap, socks and mittens

The Maria line consists of a sweater knitted from the top down, a helmet hat or a bonnet, socks, mittens, long pants, shorts/romper, dress, pants for the dress along with socks for the dress, overalls and a baptism gown.

The recipes are either for a newborn as a take home outfit or in the sizes 3-6 month, 6-12 month and 18-24 month, but it is easy to size up one number by using a bigger knitting needle but using the same amount of patterns given, if you want to size it up even more it is possible to use a coarser yarn and knit but use the same amount of patterns as are given. lengths are relative and do not necessarily follow sizes in knitting patterns and therefore it is necessary to target for the child that is supposed to use the set. Even if the set carries a girl’s name it is no less a set for a boy.
